:Hello Everybody !
:
:I just left the SEPBS guesthouse in Seoul (30-1, Iksun-Dong, Jongno-Go). For those of you who don't want to be able (or don't want) to sleep before 1.00am, it's a paradise... The tourists who stay there are very talkative, even during the night...
:
:The first day, we received too small sheets for our bed because... "not enough", any way, it can happen, we understood...
:
:During our stay our room was never clean even if we had to ask on Sunday morning, when we came back in the evening, no one came to clean it or at least to empty the garbage bin. When we came to see the man in charge, his reply was : sorry but today, the guy when to church, then he couldn't clean your room... (it really happened !!).
:At least, we were ready to enjoy a shower with the "unlimited hot water" (as described in their liflet), unfortunately... no more hot water...
:This day, we couldn't sleep before 1.00am because of the continuous noise in the stairs, and at the entrance.
:
:The day after, we try to enjoy a real shower, but one more time we had to take shower under cold water (healthy but bbbbrrrrr.... so ccooolllddd).
:
:The day after, my fiance and myself decided to leave this place. The manager told us that it was not possible to refund all our money for the remaining nights (we pay before for 8 days) and propose to refund 25% of the remaining nights, I had to insist to let him allow us a... 50% refund. I don't speak about the night already passed but the ones remining... He said that he will lose money because he refused many guests before... few minutes later a couple of foreigner ask for a room (they came for the second time because it was full before !!), I don't think this man will lose so much money...
:
:Finally, after losing 2 hours, we left this "comfy" place.
:
:Friend traveller, even if you're foreigner, don't let you attract by this nice liflet. I even had to ask the guy to stop speak loudly with me (I was very quite, he wasn't) and I was surprise he reacted like this when we told him, we couldn't sleep, couldn't stay in a dirty room, couldn't take shower... The only response was : "It's a guest house, it's normal because it's not a hotel".
:
:Anyway, if you plan to stay in Korea, it's a beautiful country, with very nice people and amazing history. I really enjoy my stay here and plan to come back.
:
:Bye bye
