Hello,
Just read your article about the guest house on What's on Korea.
First of all, I am very sorry to hear what happened to you at the motel you stayed.
There are still accomodating facilities like that in Seoul, and it is embarrasing for Korean people to read articles like yours.
Just wanted to let you know that there are also clean, comfy and good-service provided motels in reasonable rates too.
Although I am not a staff at What's on Korea, am sure that there are motel & hote lists that can be found on the web site and as well as the magazines which can help you to find one for the next time you travel to Seoul.
Once again, sorry to hear what happened to you, but I hope that that was not the all of memories of you during your stay in Korea.
Hope you would visit Korea again. :)
