He was born into an academic family. His father, John Nevile Keynes, was a lecturer at the University of Cambridge teaching logic and political economy.
Keynes taught economics at Cambridge. He published papers in statistics, in particular he attacked strongly work by Karl in letters published in 1910 and 1911 in the Journal of the Royal Statistical Society |
