[ 30-06-2004 ] France withdrew the NATO(30th June 1966)
France withdrew the NATO in 1966 this day as the president De Gaulle criticized the NATO, which was run by US. After that France strengthened a foreign policy. The NATO army withdrew from France and NATO head office also moved from Paris to Brussels.
