2002 Busan Asian Games

The 14th Busan-Asian Games, 3,600million Asian's great sports festival will hold in Busan, Ulsan, Changwon, Masan, Yangsan for 16 daysfrom Sep. 29 to Oct. 14, 2002.
Busan Asian Games will be held as the unification stage of South and North Koreas.
North Korea participates in the Busan Asian Games, it would be the first   
international game hold in Korea.

14th Busan Asian game is participated of 11,000 people including athletes and staff from 42 Asia member countries of the Olympic Council of Asia (OCA) out of 43 member states. A total of 38 sporting events including field and track events and swimming will be held in Busan and four neighboring cities. Most events other than eight including rugby and boxing will be in Busan.
