Shibuya

Japanese traditonal Tonkatsu has been served for 100 years.
Shibuya is a specialty Japansese Tonkatsu restaurant.

What characterizes the different taste here is the Tonkatsu sauce and vegetable sauce.

We use lean meat of short ribs. Rosekkaseo is Tonkatsu that is cooked with meat from around the backbone of cattle. We also serve Saengseonkkaseo, Korudon-boru (tastes like pizza), and Shibuya table.
