Sláinte (pronounced "slawn-cheh") is a traditional Irish toast in the ancient Gaelic language meaning 'To your health'. It represents a spirit of good cheer and generosity, trademarks of the kind of Irish hospitality that D. Bennigan had in mind when he founded Bennigan's Grill & Tavern.
