Founded in March, 1988, First Law Offices of Korea is a full-service law firm specializing in international business transactions and intellectual property matters. Since its founding, the Firm has expanded rapidly and now includes twenty three attorneys, C.P.A. and more than one hundred twenty patent engineers, paralegals and support staff.
For purposes of efficient coordination, the Firm is organized into to departments, a General Legal Department and a Patent Department. The General Legal Department includes our extensive trademark practice. The Patent Department is further divided into the following sections: Section I (General Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Bioengineerings);Section II (Machinery,Mechanical Inventions, Mechatronics); Section III(Electronics, Electricals, Semiconductor/ Material Science, Computer Software/Hardware). The organization if the Firm enables us to provide highly focused and responsive services.
