Korea Consumer Protection Board
 
The Korea Consumer Protection Board (KCPB) is a purpose-specific public-service corporation operating under the Ministry of Finance and Economy(MOFE) and established July 1st 1987 in accordance with the revised Consumer Protection Act.

The KCPB has the objectives of protecting the basic rights of consumers, promoting the rationalization of patterns of consumption and contributing to the sound development of national economy.
