¡®Vine¡¯, the specialty wine restaurant, wine bar and wine shop located in the lobby of the Lotte hotel Seoul is now offering a special ¡®Sunday Brunch¡¯ every Sunday from 10:30am to 2pm. Brunch, lately a popular trend in Korea provides for late dining combined with lunch and is perfect for those who want a leisurely dining experience.
A special unique feature of vine¡¯s ¡®Sunday Brunch¡¯ is the six lady Sommeliers and lady chef Lorraine Sinclair from Scotland, who provide guest and patrons with extra warmth, charm and elegance along with their carefully planned specialty meals from approximately 90 specialties chosen for their compatibility with wine.
A la Carte selections are prepared to provide the best flavors with selected wines, and a la carte entrees include a buffet at no extra charge. A la carte selections include main courses such as Omelets, and a variety of traditional Egg Dishes, Broiled Scallops, Skate Fish with Cabbage, and Broiled Tuna with olives & Herbs. Buffet items include Smoked Salmon, Tomato Capri Salad and Lobster Salad, and deserts too are Pudding, Frozen Strawberries, and a variety of ice cream and sherbets. Fresh Fruit Juices Croissants, Doughnuts and muffins are also included and prices range from 20,000won ~ 39,000won per person, depending on the a la carte selection.
With your brunch, you can enjoy from a selection of 3 ~ 4 wines perfectly fresh and decanted from our ¡®Cruvinet.¡¯ Wine by the bottle is Market Priced, and selections by the glass are 10,000won.
