Jeon is a Korean fried pancake, it is an excellent accompaniment to Korean liquor. The name varies according to the main ingredients; pa-jeon(green onion), bindaeddeeok(mung), gul-jeon(oyster), kichi-jeon(kimchi) and haemulpa-jeon (seafood with green onion)
