Incheon, Mun-Hak World Cup Stadium

Incheon World Cup Stadium was built 2.5km south of Incheon City Hall, and is a sports park positioned in the center of the new inner-city green belt. South of the stadium, Seohae-an Highway passes through with service from Mun-hak Stadium Station.
The Incheon World Cup Stadium roof covers 100% of the seats and has a high-tech electric scoreboard.

When the Joseon Dynasty was nearing its end, the dynasty's long-held isolationist policy was replaced by one of open trade in the late 19th century.   Since then, Incheon has evolved into a prominent international port city. Incheon is a beautiful port city with 2.6 million habitants. Cargo ships from all around the world dock at Incheon Port. Ferry services are also available here, linking Korea to neighboring Chinese cities including Tianjin, Shanghai and Weihai, contributing to vigorous coastal exchanges between China and Korea.

Incheon International Airport opened on March 29, 2001 it is an advanced large-scale international airport, serving 100 million passengers per year. It has emerged as a transportation hub in Northeast Asia, becoming the center for international logistics.
