Beautiful of Fan, Jeonju World Cup Stadium

Jeonju world cup stadium is made like ¡®Hapjooksun¡¯, which is a Korean traditional fan. 4 large pillars supporting the roof represent the old poles at the end of the village and tensile cables holding up the steel fabric also symbolize the Kayagum, which is twelve string instrument whose sound indicate the Jeonju¡¯s sound.
Jeonju meal is famous in Korea, Bibimbab is mixed boiled rice with vegetables, Jeoju Hanjeonsik is full course Korean meal and Jeoju and so on.

The Stadium is 500m far from Jeonju Interchange, and it takes within 20 minutes from Express Bus Terminal & Hotels to the stadium. Also it is nearby the downtown.
When the games are held in Jeonju Until June 2002, shuttle buses will be run between the World Cup Stadium and the downtown.
