Line no. 7, Olive Line

The cheapest way to tour Seoul is by taking the subway. On the subway you don¡¯t waste time in traffic. Each line has lots of natural places to visit like parks and mountains. Hope you have a wonderful tour!
Dobongsan station: Dobong Mountain
A grand sight of the peak Dobong Mountain with fantastic rocks and stones. A well-shaded street with a valley is also here. Dobong Mountain¡¯s size is 24§´ and Bukhan Mountain is 55§´, Dobong Mountain is smaller and has a wonderful path up the mountain. The highest peak is Jaunbong(739.5m), Manjangbong, Seoninbong, Jubong, Gwaneumbong, Obong, Uiam's wall is beautiful. If you walk 10 minutes you will reach the admission passage.
Admission fee: Adult 1,300won, Teenager, Student 600won, and Children 300won.

Suraksan station: Surak Mountain
Surak Mountain is a good place for exercise (height 637m), many Seoul citizens, when they have time to climb mountains, will climb this mountain because located in Seoul. This mountain is surrounded by granite slabs, and is a great place to climb. Not many tree are here, so view are unobstructed. A good place to visit this mountain is 'Keumryudong', 'Sunseondong' and 'Okryudong'. These places have beautiful waterfalls. Many people visit here once, and end up coming again and again.

Taereung station: Military Academy Museum
This is the only specialty military museum in Korea. It provides collected military culture from the past. This place show to all Koreans as an example of how national defense has changed over time. Taereung is known for fresh air, and in this military academy, the school provides an in-door pavilion and an out-door pavilion for visitors.
Admission fee: Adult 2,000won, others 1,000won.
Opening hour: 10:00~16:30(close on every Monday)

Yongmasan station: Yongma Waterfall Park
Yongma Waterfall Park is located in the middle of Yongma Mountain (347m). The area of this mountain over 50,000pyeong and was built in 1991. A soccer field, tennis court, and badminton court are ready for play, and a huge grass field is available for any sports you may want to do. People really love this place. In 1997, they made a waterfall, and the name was changed to Yyongma Waterfall Park. The waterfall is 51m tall and to the left has Cheongryong waterfall (21.4m), and to the right has Baekma waterfall (21m), and ponds.
How to get there: Exit no. 1 in Yongmasan station.

Eorinidaegongwon station: Children's Grand Park
Children's grand park was opened in 1973; there is no doubt that it is a children's heaven.   This park is also good at education because offers a zoo, botanical garden, play area, and school for nature. You can visit the zoo and botanical garden after paying the entrance fee, while the fee for the play area is 40%~50% cheaper than other play areas. There are rest places for couples, family or friends.
Admission fee: Adult 900won, Teenager 500won, Children free
Opening hour: 09:00~19:00
How to get there: Get off at children's grand park and then go out through exit no. 1. One minute by foot.

Gosokteominal station: Express Bus Terminal (Central City)
An express bus terminal with 5-star hotels and other culture systems connect central city to Koreas department store, and bookstore. The central city area includes a movie theater, bookstore and young people¡¯s plaza under ground. There is a performance area on the 1st floor (central park), a world food court, theme cafe, and restaurants. You can enjoy many kinds of dishes here.

Boramae station: Boramae Park
A Boramae is a 1-year-old hawk that is raised for hunting. Boramae is also the symbol of the air force academy, before this park was built; this place was the site of the air force academy. Once the school moved, people made the park and named it Boramae as a memorial for the air force academy. The facilities are grass picnic area, a pond, a swimming pool, a gym, tennis courts, and a small zoo. There is also a barefoot park.
How to get there: Subway line no. 7, take off at Boramae station then use exit no. 2. Walking distance 10 minute by foot
