Line no. 7 - Dream Metro, A Moving Cultural Museum

The subway line no. 7 is very different from the other subway lines, since the inside decoration of its trains has recently been re-thought.
These trains run four times a day weekdays and six times a day during weekends and bank holidays.   If you get the chance to ride on one of them, you will be amazed: you might find yourself sitting on a toilet bog instead of a normal seat (a seat looking like a toilet bog that is), you might encounter rain right inside a compartment or find yourself traveling amongst a jungle of kids playing in a train re-designed as a children's play area.

What's more, a mobile Art Gallery is also being set up on the train: seven artists including Kim, Hee Kyung (the painter) will participate.   The goal is to give passengers the chance to enjoy modern art pieces, which they normally would only be able to appreciate in an art gallery.

This truly satisfies the concept of the culture train.   You can enjoy sculptures, pottery, western paintings, photographic work and other art pieces as the train leaves a Line 7 subway station to transport you to the corridors of an art gallery.
The theme held in the first train compartment is: Well-being of the body and mind.   Washstand, bathtub, toilet seat, towel, etc. are arranged there, giving the feel of a bathroom where your body and your soul will feel clean, fresh and at rest.   This feel good atmosphere is emphasized also through the soothing background music and the dim light that fill the train.

The theme in the second compartment is Happiness for women, in the third: it's raining now, in the fourth: Tea House; Playroom in the sky in the fifth; We are one in the sixth; The room with puzzle in the seventh and in the eighth.
