Seoul Dano Festival

Seoul metropolitan is holding ˇ°2002 Seoul Dano Fork Festivalˇ± every year. Visitors can enjoy special games for Dano and competitive performances.
The fifth day of the fifth lunar month has traditionally been called "Dano," "Suri," or "Cheonjungjeol," the day when Koreans pray for a good harvest. The women would wash their hair in water boiled with iris, and would go out to play on the swings In times past, swooping back and forth, like spring swallows. The men would enjoy ssireum(traditional Korean wrestling)

Dying Nails with Garden Balsams and Garden Balsams Exhibition. (10:30-18:00)
Falk Games : Korean Seesawing, Korean Dart Game, Rope Skipping etc.
Others : Face Painting etc.
