This is perhaps a specialized interest, but the Ichen Ceramic Village (Inceon Doye Chon) does attract a small but loyal following of pottery buffs.
There are 300 ceramic productivity companies. Therefore the visitors can see and buy them.
Just 50km south-east of Seoul is the historic village of icheon. Through perhaps it won¡¯t be much longer before the Seoul megalopolis swallows it up, at present icheon presents a semi-rural setting with several moderately interesting sights.
The Icheon region has been the center of the Korean ceramics industry, from the Joseon dynasty.
