Famous restaurant for Bibimbap

The ingredients for Bibimbap are varied, with about 20 different ways to combine them. Bibimbap is not only delicious, but also looks pretty when the various colorful vegetables and meats are orderly placed on top of white rice in a bowl. Bibimbap is an excellent example of healthy Korean food that is prepared using rice and vegetables.
Gogung

Gogung is a restaurant that has been in Jeonju for 30 years.   It serves one of the best versions of Bibimbap, Jeonju Bibimbap, which represents Jeonju province.   Gogung has a branch restaurant in Seoul.   

This restaurant's Bibimbap recipe is held in secret, and is claimed to be the same as the old traditional recipe that was used by the king's cooks devised in old days. It is made with sesame oil and hot pepper paste and soy sauce that are ripened for three years.

It is also put in brassware bowl to be more like the original one.   Goldongban, (name of Bibimbap that the king used to eat) special is 23,000 won, traditional Bibimbap is 10,000 won, dolsot Bibimbap is 7,000 won and shrimp Bibimbap is 6,000 won. If you want some delicious Bibimbap, this is the place to go.
