Temple -Stay Monthly Program for Foreigners
Have you ever stayed in a TEMPLE?
You can have a chance to experience a temple-Stay.
Come and Enjoy Live Korean Temple Culture!
Korean temples are the most traditional places where you can experience Korean history, culture and architecture. Last year during the FIFA Worldcup event, we opened the gate of Buddhist temples and showed the practicing space that has been kept for thousand of years and received big applause. In return for this encouragement,
IDIA(International Dharma Instructors Association, the Jogye Order of Korean Buddhism) offer you the TEMPLE-STAY Monthly Program for foreigners on 6 Dec.(Sat) – 7 Dec, 2003(Sun) at Gap-Sa Temple in Dae-Jeon City.
You can participate in Meditation, Tea Ceremony, Communal Meal Practice(Balwoo-Gongyang), Gap-sa Tour, Making Lotus Lantern , Rubbings etc. The program will help you find your ‘true-self’ while you are harmonized with nature.
This Program is limited to 30 attendees on a first-come first-served basis.
We hope you come and enjoy at Gap-sa Temple-Stay program.
